Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee one or more client accounts and build proactive solutions for client needs.
• Assist in order processing using multiple software platforms.
• Coordinate between clients and warehouse/administrative teams for clear communications.
• Communicate inbound/outbound demand and unique client requirements.
• Support billing and auditing related to client contracts.
• Help maintain standard operating procedures for clients.
