Job summary

A leading IT services company in Texas is seeking an IT Project Support Specialist to provide exceptional support on various end-user computing projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, installations, and providing IT support to both onsite and remote users. A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, along with 7+ years of IT experience, is required. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills and a strong customer service orientation. The role involves some travel and being on call during off hours.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' direct experience supporting C-Suite executives and VIP staff.
• 7+ years' experience in desktop hardware, operating systems, and printers.
• Experience in business communication platforms.

Responsibilities

• Deliver world-class IT support to onsite and remote end users.
• Independently resolve complex, break/fix issues.
• Perform installations, replacements, and upgrades as needed.
