Genworth CareScout in Richmond, VA is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives that enhance customer service and technology platforms. You will manage projects across multiple functions, aligning scope, schedule, cost and risk with PMO standards.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or military experience, at least 5 years of IT project management, strong communication, and the ability to deliver value across organizational boundaries.
