Genworth North America Corporation in Richmond, VA is hiring an IT Strategy & Performance Operations Manager to coordinate planning, measure progress, and translate strategy into execution. Hybrid schedule with in-office Tue-Thu, 9am-5pm EST, remote on other days.

You'll partner with IT, Finance, and HR to prepare executive-ready materials, maintain roadmaps, dashboards, and scorecards, and drive cross-functional initiatives from planning through delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience leading IT strategy and program delivery in complex environments.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into measurable plans and actions.
• Strong skills in executive communication and reporting.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate IT strategy planning cycles, inputs, roadmaps and artifacts.
• Track milestones, dependencies, risks, and exec-ready materials.
• Maintain clarity across priorities to ensure execution.
• Prepare performance materials including dashboards and summaries.
• Coordinate cross-IT inputs for leadership deliverables.
