Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field required.
• 7–10 years of experience in project management or related field; insurance industry experience preferred.
• Project Management Professional certification (PMP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex strategic initiatives across multiple departments.
• Guide teams through planning, execution, implementation, stabilization, and change management.
• Establish scope, objectives, timelines, resources, governance, and success measures.
• Manage backlogs with stakeholders; lead SCRUMs, sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives.
• Anticipate risks and dependencies; develop mitigation strategies.
• Provide leadership reporting on status, risks, and recommendations.
