Genworth | CareScout is seeking a Senior Director, Operations Technology to drive the end-to-end technology strategy for operations—covering claims, customer service, case management, and call center capabilities. The role reports to the Head of Engineering, Insurance and Business Operations and partners with Operations and IT leaders.

• 15+ years of progressive experience in software engineering, platform development, or enterprise technology leadership.
• Proven track record modernizing complex, mission-critical platforms and leading large-scale transformations.
• Broad technical expertise across applications, data, infrastructure, cloud platforms, security, and integration.

Mansioni

• Define and own the operations technology vision, strategy and investment roadmap.
• Lead modern engineering practices including cloud, APIs, microservices, DevSecOps and observability.
• Translate strategy into executable roadmaps and measurable outcomes for Operations.
• Build and scale a high-performing, diverse engineering organization with strong talent development.
