The role focuses on delivering world class customer service improvements and modernization of information technology across business functions. The position offers a hybrid work model with in-office days Tue/Wed/Thu 9am-5pm EST, supporting strategic collaborations and enterprise-wide projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Military experience.
• Minimum of 5 years IT project management experience.
• Ability to develop strategic relationships across organizational boundaries.
• Excellent planning and execution skills.
• Strong communication, written, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Experience gathering, documenting, and developing business scope for projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage cross functional project teams through complex projects using PMI, Agile/LEAN, SDLC.
• Motivate and direct team members to quantify opportunities and develop recommendations.
• Apply PM tools to manage scope, schedule, cost, risk, quality, communication, resources and suppliers.
• Coordinate plans for large cross-functional projects with multiple work-streams.
• Conduct cost-benefit analyses with stakeholders and process owners.
• Provide written and oral project updates for senior management.
