Job summary

Genworth | CareScout is seeking an IT Strategy & Performance Operations Manager to lead how IT plans, measures, and delivers on strategic priorities. Based in Richmond, VA with a hybrid schedule, you will coordinate planning, performance metrics, and executive-ready materials for leadership review.

You will collaborate with IT teams, Finance, HR, and other groups to drive roadmap execution, track milestones, and present clear insights and recommendations to keep initiatives on track.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in IT consulting, operations, strategy execution, enterprise PMO, or technology-focused business roles.
• Experience with IT teams and familiarity with technology-related roles and latest trends in the IT industry.
• Strong background managing complex cross-functional initiatives and translating information into actionable plans and leadership reporting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inputs, draft materials, and maintain roadmaps and artifacts.
• Track strategic initiatives, milestones, and dependencies with visibility to the Director.
• Prepare executive-ready materials and reports across delivery, financials, workforce, and operations.
• Coordinate cross-IT inputs for strategy, performance, and executive deliverables.
• Manage monthly and quarterly operating rhythms to ensure timely materials and follow-ups.
• Draft leadership-ready slides, summaries, and talking points for leadership review.
