Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. seeks a Sr. IT Portfolio Manager to mature its lean portfolio and project management framework across the IT organization.

You will foster partnerships with IT and Business partners and develop value-oriented plans to guide proactive decisions in managing demands, constraints, risks, and dependencies. Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Business or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred in IT, CS, Business, or related field.
• Seven+ years IT program/project management with portfolio experience.
• Experience with multiple Agile Delivery Frameworks and ALM tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop lean portfolio and project management framework across IT.
• Lead budgeting and financial forecasting for $10M-$100M portfolio.
• Partner with IT, Finance and Business stakeholders for investment decisions.
• Manage portfolio reporting to IT Leadership with KPI tracking.
• Coach and mentor Project Managers, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and teams.
• Implement governance and continuous process improvements across the portfolio.
• Identify risks and dependencies; optimize value delivery and ROI.
