Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a seasoned PMO professional to support utility and energy client technology implementation projects in the New York area. You will help plan, track, report, and govern multiple workstreams, maintaining schedules, RAID logs, action items, and status reports.

The role requires strong communication, collaboration with cross-functional teams, ability to travel up to 10%, and deep PMO methodology expertise. Eligible US residents with requisite experience are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• US citizenship or permanent residency required due to client engagement.
• 9+ years of post-graduation work experience with PMO/project controls.
• 4+ years PMO/Utilities experience in utilities or energy sectors.
• Experience supporting technology implementation projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide PMO support to utility and energy provider clients on technology implementation projects.
• Support planning, tracking, reporting and governance across multiple workstreams.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, RAID logs, action items and status reports.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and materials, capture decisions and follow-up.
• Partner with project managers and stakeholders to drive execution and issue resolution.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and dependencies, assist with mitigation planning.
• Support process improvements to strengthen PMO practices and delivery.
• Ensure clear communication across internal teams and external client stakeholders.
