Job summary

Guidehouse seeks a PMO support professional to assist utility and energy provider clients with technology implementation projects in Arlington, VA. You will help with planning, tracking, reporting, schedules, RAID logs, and cross-functional meeting coordination.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher with 5+ years of post-graduation work experience.
• 5+ years of post-graduation work experience in PMO, project controls, or project management.
• 4+ years of PMO, project controls, or project management experience in Utilities or Energy sectors.
• Experience supporting technology implementation projects in utility/energy sectors.

Responsibilities

• Provide PMO support to utility and energy provider clients on technology implementation projects.
• Support planning, tracking, reporting, and governance across multiple workstreams.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, RAID logs, action items, status reports, and other PMO deliverables.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas/materials, capture decisions, and follow up actions.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to drive execution and issue resolution.
• Monitor progress, identify risks/dependencies, and assist with mitigation planning and escalation.
• Support process improvement to strengthen PMO practices and delivery consistency.
• Communicate clearly with internal teams and external client stakeholders.
