Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking an experienced PMO leader to govern and execute IT/OT program delivery in a fast-paced enterprise environment. You will align program objectives, manage scope and budgets, and report progress to executives, coordinating with business, technology, and vendor teams.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 7+ years in PMO or program management, with travel up to 50% and onsite work at Guidehouse offices or client sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years post-graduation work experience in PMO, program management, or large-scale project delivery.
• Experience supporting IT/OT implementations and operating environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead PMO governance and execution for IT/OT programs, ensuring alignment to objectives, scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Drive program planning, milestone tracking, dependency management, risk and issue resolution, and executive status reporting.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver complex transformation initiatives.
• Establish and maintain project management processes, standards, templates, and reporting practices.
• Facilitate meetings and governance forums; prepare updates and action tracking.
• Monitor program financials, resource allocations, and performance; escalate as needed.
• Partner with leadership to identify opportunities for process improvement and adoption.
