Job summary

New York Technology Partners seeks a Project Manager to lead a programmatic IT/OT initiative for a mission-critical utility facility, with on-site and remote support. You will guide the program from concept through go-live and ongoing support, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer expectations.

The role requires strong budgeting/forecasting, PMP credentials, and excellent communication, with leadership across diverse teams and stakeholder groups.

Qualifications

• Must have PMP certification or equivalent.
• Experience managing IT/OT on-premises systems and services.
• Strong budgeting/forecasting experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Strategically guide the program, tracking schedules to ensure timely delivery within budget and meeting customer standards and contractual obligations.
• Lead, mentor, and manage diverse IT/OT professionals, fostering professionalism and excellence.
• Coordinate with customer Program Management, finance, and procurement to ensure effective program support and high customer satisfaction.
• Direct the technical strategy and establish best IT/OT service practices.
• Encourage continuous learning and adoption of new technologies and methodologies.
• Maintain clear communication across teams to align with broader company goals.
• Respond to changing business needs and take on additional responsibilities as required.
• Provide input to schedulers, procurement and contracts for look-ahead coordination and staffing.
• Oversee the implementation of 60+ systems and ensure timely completion and go-live.
