Job summary

• Respond promptly to help desk requests and resolve user issues professionally.
• Configure, deploy, maintain computers, printers, mobile devices, scanners, and other technology.
• Support Microsoft 365, HBS/DMS, Kubota systems, phones, and user accounts following established procedures.
• Maintain workstation standards, software updates, and endpoint security.
• Follow cybersecurity policies including MFA, phishing awareness, endpoint protection, and security procedures.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to help desk requests and resolve user issues professionally.

• Support Microsoft 365, HBS/DMS, Kubota systems, phones, and user accounts following established procedures.

• Monitor network equipment, internet connectivity, wireless infrastructure, servers, backups, and business applications.
• Escalate major issues promptly and coordinate with vendors and service providers.
• Follow cybersecurity policies including MFA, phishing awareness, endpoint protection, and security procedures.
• Communicate clearly with employees regarding issue status, timelines, and expectations.
