Job summary

Dealer Services Network is seeking an Operations Support Specialist to provide day-to-day operational systems and admin support across locations. You will collaborate with the Operations Manager, troubleshoot issues, maintain data accuracy, prepare reports, and support key initiatives.

The role involves coordinating facility needs, system updates, and cross-functional communication with IT, Finance, HR and vendors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in operations, administrative support, customer support, systems support, or related business environment preferred.
• Strong computer skills with the ability to learn and navigate multiple software platforms quickly.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work independently while knowing when to escalate issues.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to establish effective working relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive business information appropriately.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities, processes, and systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary operational support resource for assigned locations and agencies.
• Respond to operational questions, requests, and issues from location employees and management.
• Research and troubleshoot operational issues involving transactions, systems, processes, procedures, and documentation.
• Provide guidance and support regarding established operational procedures and requirements.
• Coordinate with IT, Finance, HR, and other departments to resolve issues requiring cross-functional support.
• Track outstanding issues and follow up with appropriate parties to ensure timely resolution.
• Manage facility-related issues, including coordinating repairs, maintenance, and service requests and following issues through completion.
• Identify recurring operational issues and elevating trends or concerns to Operations leadership.
• Support location openings, transitions, changes, and other operational initiatives as assigned.
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as required to meet business needs.
