Job summary

Amazon is seeking an IT Support Associate II for Ops Tech Solutions in Tulsa, OK. You will support the operations team by resolving technical problems across multiple disciplines within an Amazon Operations facility, contributing to rapid, reliable service.

In this role, you will handle IT equipment maintenance, assist in training new hires, and continually learn new technologies while supporting customers from local buildings and remote sites. Competitive benefits apply.

Qualifications

Experience troubleshooting integrated and interdependent computer systems.
Experience maintaining zebra thermal printers, troubleshooting thin clients, PCs, scanners, and handheld terminals.
Experience in a dynamic environment with a high degree of customer service.
1+ years of Windows, Mac or Linux Operating systems support experience or equivalent experience.
CompTIA A+, Network+, Cisco/CCNA, Linux (Redhat), Microsoft hardware (installation), AWS, or other industry relevant certifications.
Experience in a dynamic environment with a high degree of customer service.

Responsibilities

Allocation, maintenance and troubleshooting of IT equipment used in Amazon Operations facilities
Handles support requests and procedures across the network
Assist in training new hires
Continuous learning of new technologies
Ability to support customers from multiple buildings in the area, as well as remote customers
Ability to move up to 49lbs and stand/walk 10-12 hours per day with/without accommodation
