Job summary

SmartStop Self Storage is looking for an IT Operations Manager to lead the management of our technology infrastructure. You'll oversee daily IT operations including networks and cloud environments, ensuring compliance with ITGC and security standards.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience, a bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, and strong communication skills to explain technical risks to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT operations, systems administration, or infrastructure management.
• Familiarity with SSAE 18 (SOC 1/SOC 2) report evaluations.
• Experience with IT General Controls and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of IT infrastructure.
• Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Direct end-to-end annual IT SOX compliance.
