Qualifications

• Certification or progress toward certification is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of a multi-functional IT department.
• Develop IT operations strategy for planning, networks, databases, data processing, security and applications support.
• Manage information systems risks and communicate with senior management.
• Coordinate disaster recovery and business continuity plans and ensure data availability.
• Develop annual departmental budget, monitor budget and address discrepancies.
• Supervise staff and coordinate with other departments to ensure efficiency.
