Qualifications

• Experience with MSPs, external vendors, Microsoft and Cisco environments.

Responsabilités

• Liaise with MSP, manage SLAs, performance metrics, and vendor accountability.
• Lead technology projects from planning through execution, including budgeting and scheduling.
• Mentor and develop help desk staff with coaching and performance management.
• Oversee help desk operations and service delivery processes.
• Collaborate with business leaders and vendors to identify needs and implement solutions.
• Assist with IT budgeting, roadmaps, and operational policies.
