Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS or related field.
• 2–3+ years in IT operations, including 1+ years leading teams.
• Proven expertise in ITSM, IT project management, and multi-site operations.
• Professional English proficiency (written/spoken).
• Willingness to travel between sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT service desk and operations across corporate and facilities.
• Mentor and develop IT team to meet SLAs and CSAT targets; implement ITIL best practices.
• Oversee IT projects from planning to execution; provide oversight for corporate events and A/V setup.
