Job summary

Qualifications
- 5+ years in IT operations with leadership experience.
- Hands-on with enterprise IAM (SSO/SCIM).
- Experience managing SaaS applications and licensing.
- Scripting skills with API integration.
- Experience with MDM for macOS/Windows.
- Familiarity with ISO 27001 and SOC 2.
- Experience with virtualization (Proxmox/VMware).
- Experience with storage systems (NAS/SAN).
- Strong security and audit readiness mindset.
- Houston-area office presence preferred.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable enterprise infrastructure.
- Ensure high availability of critical systems.
- Monitor IT systems for performance, uptime, security.
- Manage updates, patching, and deployment for security.
- Improve ITSM tooling and workflows.
- Develop IAM strategies with RBAC, JIT, PAM.
- Mature MDM enrollment workflows and policies.
- Automate repetitive IT workflows to boost efficiency.
- Lead and develop IT support and systems engineers.
- Set priorities and manage workload across projects and on-call.
