Job summary

InStride Health is hiring a Manager of IT to lead the IT team, drive automation, and ensure systems health for a remote-first workplace. You will own IAM, RBAC design, SSO/SCIM integrations, and provisioning automation, while guiding a team of IT support specialists.

You will partner with Security on access reviews, maintain cloud collaboration and device management policies, and deliver dashboards that illuminate IT operations, SLAs, and licensing trends.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT operations and systems administration with people-management experience.
• Deep mastery of identity administration including RBAC, SSO/SCIM, and provisioning automation.
• Hands-on macOS fleet management using MDM and cloud collaboration platforms.
• Experience building operational dashboards and turning data into leadership-ready metrics.
• Familiarity with HIPAA/SOC 2 compliance and IT audit evidence gathering.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT Team operating rhythm: sprint planning, standups, retros, SLA tracking.
• Supervise and develop IT support staff with clear direction and growth plans.
• Act as senior technical escalation point for complex troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
• Own IAM platforms, RBAC design, and lifecycle provisioning automation.
• Manage cloud collaboration tools, MDM, and device management policies.
• Oversee cloud telephony and collaboration suite configurations (Zoom, Slack, Jira).
• Automate onboarding and access requests with self-service workflows.
• Build IT operational dashboards and track license utilization.
• Collaborate with Security on access reviews and least-privilege enforcement.
