Job summary

Engine in the United States is seeking a Senior Manager of Information Technology to lead a distributed IT team and own the end-to-end IT stack. You’ll drive identity, device lifecycle, onboarding/offboarding automation, and SLA performance, partnering with Security, People, and Engineering to ensure day-one readiness and sustained productivity.

This hands-on, player-coach role requires setting strategy, reducing technical debt, and delivering high-impact IT initiatives in a hybrid-hub model

Qualifications

Leadership experience building and guiding IT teams in fast-paced, remote-first environments.
Proven ability to scope and deliver complex cross-functional programs (IAM, tooling migrations).
Automation-first mindset with hands-on ability to debug and contribute technically.

Responsibilities

Lead the IT organization with a distributed team, providing coaching and performance standards.
Define modern IT function focusing on device lifecycle, identity, security, and tooling.
Own identity and automation initiatives using Okta as the single source of truth.
Define SLAs for Tier 1/2 support and ensure high-quality IT service delivery.
Collaborate with Security, People, and Engineering to maintain scalable, secure operations.
Set IT strategy and prioritize investments to maximize business impact.
