ERock in Houston, TX seeks an IT Manager to oversee enterprise IT services, infrastructure, and end-user support across a distributed environment. You will be the primary escalation point for IT issues and ensure secure, scalable systems and processes that align with business needs.

The role blends hands-on leadership with strategic oversight, focusing on automation, asset management, vendor partnerships, and continuous improvement to boost reliability and user productivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 7+ years in IT operations, infrastructure, or end-user support with leadership experience.
• Proven ability to lead teams, prioritize work, and deliver IT services in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with automation (PowerShell, scripting, workflow automation) to streamline IT tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day IT operations across end-user support, systems, and infrastructure in a multi-location environment.
• Own the IT helpdesk function, including ticketing workflows, SLAs, and knowledge base management.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for complex technical issues with clear stakeholder communication.
• Oversee lifecycle management of IT assets, including hardware, software, licenses, and subscriptions.
• Plan and execute IT projects such as system upgrades and workplace technology improvements within budget and timelines.
• Drive automation initiatives across IT operations to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.
