Qualifications

• Experience with MySQL, MSSQL, API and TSQL; data warehousing and stored procedures.

Responsibilities

• Service Desk Management and incident handling across platforms.
• Security management: access control, vulnerability scans, and incident response.
• Device management: provisioning, software deployment, and asset tracking.
• Licensing management: tracking subscriptions and renewals.
• Special projects: potential Salesforce integration, migrations, or upgrades.
