Qualifications

5+ years IT operations experience, including 2+ years leading or mentoring a team.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain robust, scalable enterprise infrastructure.
Ensure high availability and reliability of critical infrastructure and business systems.
Monitor and maintain IT systems for optimal performance, uptime, and security.
Manage system updates, patching, and software deployment to keep environments secure and current.
Drive continuous improvement of ITSM tooling and workflows to increase efficiency and service quality.
Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive IAM strategies and workflows, including RBAC, JIT access, and PAM.
Continuously mature the MDM program — refine enrollment workflows, compliance policies, and configuration baselines as the fleet and workforce scale.
Automate repetitive IT workflows and processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of IT support and systems engineers, including performance reviews and growth plans.
Set team priorities and manage workload distribution across projects, tickets, and on-call rotation.
