Qualifications

• Experience in a 24x7 operational services or support environment.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and develop a team of IT professionals.
• Support safety programs and OSHA compliance for a safe workplace.
• Provide technical assistance for continuous IT improvement.
• Maintain positive relationships with partners and staff.
• Lead infrastructure builds in new facilities.
• Plan and supervise day-to-day technical support activities.
• Monitor SLAs for contact and resolution performance.
