Qualifications

• 5+ years building and leading technical teams across multiple locations.
• 2+ years leading technology teams as an IT operations manager.
• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of professional/military experience.
• Knowledge of Linux/Unix systems administration.
• Experience in stakeholder and communications management.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and develop a team of IT professionals across locations.
• Support safety programs and OSHA compliance for a safe workplace.
• Provide technical assistance for continuous IT improvements.
• Build positive relationships with operational partners and staff.
• Lead infrastructure builds in new facilities.
• Plan and supervise day-to-day technical support activities.
• Monitor and meet SLA targets for the team.
• Develop and maintain IT policies and procedures.
• Oversee equipment and parts inventory management.
• Create and support recognition and internal communication programs.
• Travel up to 30%.
