Amazon’s Operations Technology Solutions (OTS) is seeking an experienced IT leader to drive a multi-location team delivering innovative technical support for Amazon's Operations network. You will mentor engineers, coordinate with stakeholders, and push forward 24x7 infrastructure initiatives across compute, network, and storage.

You will oversee planning, deployment, and ongoing optimization of IT services in a fast-paced setting, embracing safety, compliance, and high-availability standards.

Qualifications

5+ years leading a team of IT professionals across multiple locations.
Bachelor's degree, or 4+ years professional/military experience.
Knowledge of Linux/Unix systems administration.
Experience delivering IT client, server, and network services.
Leadership in a 24x7 operation supporting physical IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Hire, train, and develop a team of IT professionals.
Support safety programs and OSHA compliance.
Provide technical assistance for IT solutions across facilities.
Lead infrastructure builds in new facilities.
Plan, organize, and supervise daily IT support activities.
Monitor SLAs for incident response and resolutions.
Develop and maintain IT policies and procedures.
Manage equipment and parts inventory.
Travel up to 30%.
