Job summary

Port of San Diego seeks an IT Operations Intern to help support the technology needs of employees. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity, respond to service requests, and assist with imaging and deploying computers and configuring workstations.

Additional duties include setting up company issued iPhones and supporting end-user technology across the organization. This is an in-person internship with no hybrid or remote option.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in an accredited college or university.
• Eligibility for pay advancement based on units completed.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests and diagnose hardware, software, and printer issues.
• Image and deploy computers and configure workstations.
