Qualifications
- Pursuing a degree in IT or CS.
- Interest in IT operations and infrastructure support.
- Basic networking concepts and operating systems (Windows, macOS).
- Willingness to learn in a hands-on environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Assist in deployment, configuration, and maintenance of end-user systems including laptops, desktops, peripherals, and mobile devices.
- Support onboarding/offboarding by imaging and configuring hardware for new and departing employees.
- Participate in network troubleshooting, including testing connectivity and VLANs.
- Help document and improve IT operational processes and runbooks.
- Provide technical support to end users for hardware/software issues and access.
- Assist with low-voltage tasks and organizing network infrastructure.
- Support scheduled maintenance, equipment inventory, and asset lifecycle management.
- Participate in special projects with mentorship from full-time team members.
