Job summary

Consigli Construction Co. is seeking an IT Intern to join our Information Technology division.

This in-person role supports the Support and Jobsite Operations teams, helping troubleshoot and resolve technical issues while gaining hands-on experience in IT system management and customer support. The internship involves installation and maintenance of hardware/software, system updates, backups, and security practices to protect data.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing an Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology (IT) or related field.
Proficient with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Basic knowledge of computer setup, peripheral connectivity, and IT infrastructure.
Understanding of networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DHCP, VPN).
Some experience with Active Directory Domain Services and IT service management tools or ticketing systems.

Responsibilities

Work directly with our Support/Jobsite operations team and assist in technical problems/issues as needed.
Assist with resolving technical problems and issues as they arise.
Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems to ensure smooth IT operations.
Support the IT team with system updates, backups, and implementation of security protocols to protect data integrity.
Provide end-user support and training as needed.
