Job summary

Consigli Construction Co., Inc. is seeking an IT Intern to support the Information Technology team in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. This in-person role offers hands-on experience with IT system management, customer support, and multitasking in a fast-paced construction environment.

The internship requires pursuing an IT degree and familiarity with Windows, Office, and basic networking. You will work closely with Support and Jobsite Operations, install and maintain

Qualifications

• Pursuing an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• Proficient with Windows OS and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Basic knowledge of computer setup, peripheral connectivity and IT infrastructure.
• Understanding of networking concepts: TCP/IP, DHCP, VPN.
• Some experience with Active Directory and ITSM tools.
• Familiarity with system updates, backups, cybersecurity basics and HTML/CSS.
• Prior IT-related work experience preferred.
• Commitment to confidentiality and security best practices.

Responsibilities

• Work with Support/Jobsite operations to address technical problems.
• Assist in installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware/software.
• Support system updates, backups, and security implementations.
• Provide end-user support and training as needed.
• Document procedures and maintain clear records.
• Demonstrate strong organization while handling multiple projects.
• Travel to various office and jobsite locations as required.
