Job summary

DV Trading is seeking a tech-savvy IT Operations Intern in New York to learn IT operations and provide excellent end-user support. You will assist with troubleshooting, desk setups, and application issues, while helping to maintain records and the knowledge base.

You’ll gain exposure to IT asset management and collaborate with the team, with compensation of $40–$50 per hour and a Summer 2028 graduation expectation.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for IT support, logging and prioritizing user requests via phone, email, or in-person.
• Assist with troubleshooting hardware, managing desk setups, and handling application issues.
• Resolve basic technical problems or escalate to senior staff as needed.
• Help maintain records of IT support activities and contribute to our knowledge base.
• Assist in IT asset management, including inventory tracking.
• Provide friendly and professional support to end-users.
