Job summary

DV Trading, a proprietary trading firm in Chicago, is seeking an IT Operations Intern for Summer 2027. The role involves providing first-line technical support to end-users, learning IT operations fundamentals, and assisting with hardware troubleshooting and IT asset management.

You will act as the initial contact for IT support, troubleshoot hardware issues, log requests, and collaborate with senior staff to resolve problems while maintaining documentation and knowledge-base entries.
