DV Trading is seeking a tech‑savvy intern to learn IT operations and end‑user support at our Chicago office. You’ll assist the IT team by logging requests, troubleshooting basic issues, and helping maintain records to improve service quality.

The role offers hands‑on experience with operating systems, hardware, and software, while developing communication and problem‑solving skills. Graduation is expected Summer 2028 while gaining exposure to a professional trading IT environment.

Qualifications

• Keen interest in technology and IT systems.
• Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows, macOS, or Linux), hardware, and software.
• Customer-service mindset and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for IT support, logging and prioritizing user requests via phone, email, or in-person
• Assist with troubleshooting hardware, managing desk setups, and handling application issues
• Resolve basic technical problems or elevate them to senior staff as needed
• Help maintain records of IT support activities and contribute to our knowledge base
• Assist in IT asset management, including inventory tracking
• Provide friendly and professional support to end-users
