Role Overview:

DV Trading is looking for a tech-savvy individual who is interested in learning about IT operations . In this role , you'll assist our team in delivering excellent support to end-users. This internship will provide opportunities to learn about IT operations, troubleshoot technical issues, and enhance communication and problem -solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of contact for IT support, logging and prioritizing user requests via phone, email, or in-person
• Assist with troubleshooting hardware, managing desk setups, and handling application issues
• Resolve basic technical problems or escalat[e] them to senior staff as needed
• Help maintain records of IT support activities and contribute to our knowledge base
• Assist in IT asset management, including inventory tracking
• Provide friendly and professional support to end-users

Requirements:

Compensation Range: $40.00-$50.00 per hour
