Job summary

Blue Mantis is seeking an IT Network Operations Engineer to support enterprise-class data centers and ensure high availability of network infrastructure in Mt. Laurel, NJ. This onsite, 1st-shift role focuses on game-day readiness and uninterrupted connectivity.

You will monitor systems with SolarWinds and DataDog, lead network-related incident resolution, implement security best practices for on-premise and cloud environments, and create detailed topology maps and troubleshooting procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Experience with enterprise-class data centers and multisite environments.
• CCNA/CCNP and ITIL or equivalent certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor network infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance.
• Lead network-related incident resolution and SLA adherence.
• Implement security best practices across on-premise and cloud environments.
• Create and maintain detailed topology maps and troubleshooting procedures.
