Job summary

SingleStore is looking for an IT Operations Engineer to manage the IT toolset used by end users, delivering hands-on planning, design, development, and Tier 1 support across end-user services, client engineering, executive support, and infrastructure applications.

You will administer SaaS apps like Google Workspace, OKTA (+ Workflows), Slack, and JIRA, drive automation, handle user onboarding/offboarding, and design scalable IT solutions for a distributed environment.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
Experience administering Google Workspace, OKTA (+ Workflows), Slack, and JIRA.
Experience using GAM or similar tools for bulk Google Workspace tasks.
Experience with Kandji or any Mac MDM tool.
Experience designing tools to support macOS, Linux, and Windows environments.
Excellent communication and organisation skills.
Desire to learn new technologies and assist teammates.

Responsibilities

Administer SaaS applications (OKTA, Google Workspace, Slack, JIRA) and stay current with features for automation.
Eliminate manual work through tooling, integrations, and automation of IT workflows.
Handle onboarding/offboarding processes and ticket resolution.
Support troubleshooting and complex issue resolution.
Design and maintain IT systems across hardware, OS, networking, videoconferencing, and printers.
Collaborate with business units to evaluate hardware/software solutions.
Communicate effectively with the entire company.
Analyze processes and implement improvements.
