Job summary

Sahara Las Vegas is seeking a Director of IT Operations to lead enterprise IT service delivery, governance, information security, and strategic technology initiatives that support the casino resort operations in Las Vegas.

You will oversee Front of House and Back of House IT, manage projects, ensure regulatory compliance and cybersecurity, and drive continuous improvements to support 24x7 gaming and exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CIS, SIM or IT discipline (or equivalent)
• ITIL/ITSM or security certifications are a plus
• 7+ years in IT, supporting applications and systems
• Strong communication, analytical and interpersonal skills
• Experience overseeing multiple IT departments and services
• Nevada Gaming License is required before entering the position

Responsibilities

• Oversee enterprise IT service delivery for gaming and resort operations
• Lead IT project management across the technology portfolio
• Oversee IT governance, compliance and security programs
• Ensure 24x7x365 IT operations and guest experience support
