Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; BS in CS/IT or related preferred.
• Proven IT project management experience in large programs.
• Strong written and oral communication; stakeholder management.
• Experience with budgets, schedules and governance.

Responsibilities

• Define, initiate and manage IT projects and programs aligning to strategy.
• Coordinate costs, schedules, scope, and performance across projects.
• Build PMO practices, policies and standards for the program.
• Lead cross-functional teams and external vendors to deliver outcomes.
• Ensure documentation, testing, and transition to operations.
• Maintain stakeholder communication and risk/issue management.
• Monitor budgets, resource sharing, and project metrics.
