Ellis Island Casino, Hotel & Brewery, and Village Pub locations seek a strategic Corporate Director of IT to guide technology strategy and oversee IT operations across multiple properties in Las Vegas. The role requires leadership of cybersecurity, cloud, networks, and data management to support guest experiences and business goals.

You will build a high-performing IT team, manage budgets, ensure regulatory compliance (PCI DSS, GDPR, CCPA), and partner with vendors to drive technology

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or related field required; master’s preferred.
• Proven experience in IT leadership with large teams and budgets.
• Strong cybersecurity, compliance, and risk management expertise.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement IT strategy aligning with business goals and guest experience.
• Oversee IT infrastructure, cloud, networks, systems, and databases for performance and security.
• Create policies and documentation for company-wide IT operations.
• Lead cybersecurity initiatives to protect data and meet standards (PCI DSS, GDPR, CCPA).
• Direct IT projects end-to-end, on time and within budget.
• Negotiate with vendors and manage service delivery.
• Build and mentor a high-performing IT team and foster continuous improvement.
• Develop and manage IT budget and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with gaming regulations and conduct regular IT audits.
