Navajo Nation Gaming Enterprise seeks a Director of IT Hardware and Infrastructure to lead and optimize the enterprise-wide technology backbone, including networks, servers, data centers, cloud services, and storage systems.

The role requires extensive experience in IT infrastructure, supervisory leadership, and a proven track record in complex multi-property environments such as casinos or hospitality. Candidates must meet regulatory and credential checks for gaming-industry roles.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Network Engineering, or related field.
• Seven (7) years progressive work experience in implementing all IT Infrastructure functions.
• Three (3) years in supervisory capacity.

Under the general direction of the Director of Information Technology (Corp), the Director of IT Hardware and Infrastructure is responsible for the strategic leadership, administration, support, and optimization of the Enterprise's technology infrastructure, including networks, servers, data centers, cloud services, telecommunications, storage systems, hardware platforms, and enterprise infrastructure technologies.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems,Network Engineering, or related field plus seven (7) years progressive work experience in implementing all IT Infrastructure functions and three (3) years in supervisory capacity required. Experience supporting multi-property casino, hospitality, gaming, or resort operations is required. Professional certifications are preferred, including Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), VMware Certified Professional (VCP), Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE), CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Server+, Microsoft Azure Administrator, and AWS Certified Solutions Architect. Must be twenty-one (21) years of age. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. No felony, theft or stealing convictions. Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen, background investigation, obtain and maintain gaming license.
