RoShay Services seeks a Director of IT TMT M&A – Due Diligence, Integration and Separation – Strategy to lead technology-focused M&A activities within the TMT sector.   • 8+ years in technology consulting or leadership, with a proven record in IT transformations and M&A advisory.
  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, finance, or related fields; advanced degrees preferred.
  • Expertise in system integration/separation, cloud migrations, digital media workflows, telecom networks, and IT modernization.
  • Strong program management skills for complex projects and strategic insights for executives.
  • Deep knowledge of TMT industry regulations, SaaS, CDNs, broadcast systems, and telecom infrastructure.
  • Understanding of enterprise IT ecosystems including ERP, CRM, HRIS, cybersecurity, and Tier 1/2 ERP implementations.
  • Leadership in developing IT strategies, client relationships, and mentoring teams.
  • Willingness to travel and authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Role Overview: The Director, IT TMT M&A - Due Diligence, Integration and Separation – Strategy leads technology-focused M&A activities within the Technology, Media, and Telecom (TMT) sector. Key responsibilities include managing comprehensive buy-side and sell-side assessments, identifying IT risks and opportunities, and delivering strategic due diligence reports. The role oversees IT integration and separation initiatives from planning to execution, including developing current state assessments, operating models, and post-close plans. It involves developing go-to-market strategies for TMT M&A offerings, providing thought leadership on architectures like cloud-native platforms, SaaS, CDNs, and 5G infrastructure. The director establishes governance frameworks, manages project oversight, and implements AI-powered analytics to assess risks and timelines. Engaging with senior stakeholders such as CIOs and CTOs, the role also involves mentoring junior staff, fostering deep sector expertise, and supporting business growth.

Qualifications & Skills
  • At least eight years of experience in technology consulting or leadership, with a proven record in IT transformations and M&A advisory.
  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, finance, or related fields; advanced degrees preferred.
