Job summary

RoShay Services is seeking a senior IT advisory leader to drive due diligence, integration, and separation efforts for insurance M&A transactions in the United States. The role requires managing comprehensive IT assessments, identifying risks and opportunities, and delivering strategic client reports.

You will oversee IT integration and separation initiatives across insurance sectors and develop current state assessments, operating models, and post-close plans.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years in technology consulting or leadership with IT transformation and M&A advisory experience.
• MBA preferred; or Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven success managing complex IT M&A projects including integration, migration, and regulatory tech.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and client relationship skills.
• Deep knowledge of insurance IT systems, enterprise ecosystems, and cybersecurity.
• Willingness to travel and work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

• Lead buy-side and sell-side IT assessments focusing on insurance technology platforms.
• Manage IT integration/separation projects ensuring smooth transitions and synergy realization.
• Provide thought leadership on core insurance IT systems such as policy administration, claims, and digital platforms.
• Establish program governance frameworks, incorporate AI tools for risk analysis, and collaborate with CIOs and CTOs.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for insurance technology M&A services.
• Maintain professionalism and integrity in all client and team interactions.
