Job summary

RoShay Services is seeking a Senior Associate in Advisory focused on IT-related deal advisory, integration and separation processes in the Seattle area. You will assess IT opportunities and risks during mergers and divestitures, quantify impacts, and communicate findings to senior stakeholders.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IT integration or carve-out strategies, including offshoring high-labor activities and vendor renegotiations, and help deliver final project

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of external consulting or relevant industry experience with a proven record of driving IT-driven business change.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Experience with significant IT projects such as ERP implementations, outsourcing, reengineering, or infrastructure upgrades.
• Technical expertise in enterprise systems, IT architecture, post-merger integration, carve-outs, process reengineering, offshoring, or outsourcing.
