Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a seasoned IT integration consultant to guide transformation initiatives within a consulting environment. This role focuses on IT integration, separation, and transformation across complex deals and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities include assessing IT opportunities and risks in deal advisory, evaluating IT performance, and leading IT operations integration or separation with parent organizations, including offshoring and vendor negotiations.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of external consulting or technology industry experience driving IT-related business change.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in ERP implementations, outsourcing, reengineering, or infrastructure upgrades.
• Proficiency in IT architecture, post-merger integration, carve-out separation, offshoring, or outsourcing.
• Strong analytical, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel and work without sponsorship.
