Job summary

RG&T Solutions is seeking a Manager-level professional to lead IT due diligence strategy within our Deal Advisory and Strategy practice in Denver. The role focuses on buy-side/sell-side IT assessments, identifying risks, opportunities, and required investments for M&A transactions.

You will drive IT integration and separation initiatives, develop state assessments, IT operating models, and post-close plans, while guiding governance, reporting, and risk management to ensure successful deal

Qualifications

• Minimum five years’ experience in technology/business consulting, particularly IT transformation projects supporting M&A activities such as system integration, platform migration, or IT modernization.
• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, finance, or related field.
• Knowledge of post-merger IT integration, carve-outs, process reengineering, and IT risk and compliance.

• Leading high-level discussions and presentations with client stakeholders.
• Mentoring junior staff to support their professional growth.

Qualifications Include

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, finance, or related field.


• Knowledge of post-merger IT integration, carve-outs, process reengineering, and IT risk and compliance.


• Strong project management skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and experience with cost modeling preferred.
