Job summary

Qualifications

• Eight years of technology consulting or leadership experience.
• Experience leading IT transformations and advising on complex M&A transactions.
• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, finance or related field; MBA preferred.
• Experience with system integration, cloud migration, and IT architecture modernization.
• Willingness to travel; authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Buy-Side and Sell-Side IT due diligence across critical IT domains.
• Direct IT integration and separation initiatives from planning to execution.
• Develop go-to-market strategies for Technology M&A offerings.
• Establish governance frameworks and risk management with AI-enabled analytics.
• Lead executive-level discussions with CIOs/CTOs and senior stakeholders.
• Mentor junior staff and expand TMT domain delivery expertise.
