Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve user-submitted help desk tickets.
• Maintain accurate inventory of IT assets (hardware and software licenses).
• Update IT documentation and knowledge base articles.
• Participate in infrastructure maintenance tasks.
• Assist with managing user accounts and permissions (Active Directory or similar).
